Checking on the Status of Your Order....

    Did you know that you can View all of the Details of your Current
and Past Orders right now On-Line....

You can see all of the notes Julie has made for each order including:

• What items are in stock or will need to be ordered in for you
• When you can expect your order to ship  from our store
• Special Notes Julie made about products you ordered
• Details regarding partial shipments, and when the rest of your order is expected to ship
• When your order was actually shipped

All you need to do is...

1. LOG IN to your account. 
    
2. In your Account Page you will see a list of your Orders, to see the details for each order click on the VIEW button...
   
3. There you will see everything about your order including all of the messages Julie made while processing it (Scroll Down and Look at the "Order History" Section.)

          CLICK HERE to go to the login page now and check on Your Order.
               

Log in Using your Email Address and the Password used when you made your first order with us.  If you forgot your password you can have it reset by clicking on the Forgotten Password Link.  If you think you may have given us the wrong email address (because you have not received any messages from us since you placed your order) E-mail Julie and she can fix it for you.

Remember - If you selected Flat Rate shipping with in the US it will typically take 7-10 days for the package to arrive after the date shipped.  Priority Mail can take anywhere from 2 to 6 days depending on where you are located.  Canada and Overseas will take  longer.  We ship all international mail by International First Class.  Some exceptions may apply.  Please refer to our payment and shipping page for more details.  http://juliesxstitch.com/Payment_n_Shipping.htm
