- They are probably sitting right there ready to read. If you
think you may have given us the wrong email address, let us know and we
can check it for you and fix it.
Once orders ship from
our store we have no control over how long it takes the post office nor
any way to know why it is taking the post office so long to get your
products to you. Occasionally, international order can take 6-8
weeks to reach you. This is not our fault. It is a delay in
the shipping process that is beyond our control. We have not lost
a package yet!

question. We do not accept USED merchandise. It must be in
the condition in which you received it. There may be a 15%
restocking fee and the shipping is non-refundable after your order has
