Haven't you been
getting regular Emails from us updating you on your Order Status??
We send emails updating you on every change to your order,
including one at the very moment we receive your order, so if you are
not getting them
Check Your SPAM Folders
- They are probably sitting right there ready to read. If you
think you may have given us the wrong email address, let us know and we
can check it for you and fix it.
Once orders ship from our
store we have no control over how long it takes the post office nor any
way to know why it is taking the post office so long to get your
products to you. Occasionally, international order can take 6-8
weeks to reach you. This is not our fault. It is a delay in
the shipping process that is beyond our control.
We reserve the right to
refuse service to any one. Life is too short to argue with rude,
unkind people.

hateful and have nothing better to do than pick my site apart for
mistakes, I suggest counseling.

Does your bank
statement show that we charged you TWO times?
Please wait 2 days before emailing us. If you attempted
to make an order that did NOT go through, your bank statement may show
that WE (in actuality the bank) charged you more than one time.
This is something the BANK does and it will GO AWAY. Please be
patient. However, if it has been more than 2 days and it looks
like there is an error, please let us know. We would be happy to
fix it.

Are you having
trouble making an order?
The most common problems are:
-You must CHOOSE a payment method. Check the box on the right and
then put your credit card number in. If you just put your number
in w/o checking the box, it will send you right back to start over.
-Your
billing address MUST MATCH your credit card number. That is where
you receive your bill. If it does not match, your order will not
go through.
-If
you are still having trouble making an order, if you look at the top of
the page in red letters it will usually tell you what the problem is.
-Of
course, you are always welcome to email us and ask for help.
A good attitude is appreciated. Remember, there is a person on
this end of the computer.

the condition in which you received it. There may be a 15%
