At Julie's X Stitch, we don't believe customers are just another order
number to be filled in a hurry and immediately forgotten like the big chain
stores do. Julie believes each customer is a friend who
shares her love of Cross Stitch. She carefully fills each order
with the same consideration and care she would expect if she were
shopping for her next cross stitch project.
We keep customers
happy by following these simple courtesies..
1 - We communicate
regularly to let customers know the status of their order - we tell you
what will ship right away, and how long the rest will take. We
don't believe in leaving you guessing.
2 - We answer
questions quickly, usually responding to inquiries within a few minutes
to a couple of
hours, and always within a day.
3 - If a customer
is unhappy about how long an item will take to order and ship, we offer
prompt refunds or order changes - no questions asked.

I live in Switzerland and I surf a lot. What a great website, one of the
best I have seen. You have EVERYTHING a stitcher could want. I order
from time to time on the net because here we don't have as much as I
would like. Sometimes I get orders shipped here sometimes to my daughter
(when I know I will be going to the states soon and seeing her). Do you
ship international too?
Anyway I wish you GOOD LUCK with your "shop", it deserves to succeed. I
really liked what I saw. Right now I will plan an order because I am

I must say in all the
websites (as well as stores) you have been most helpful. The chain
stores that carry cross stitch (and I prefer the counted cross stitch)
are not very helpful -- most likely the person knows very little or
has very little experience. Inasmuch as I like unique things, I find
they only carry the 'run-of-the-mill' type.
I really would like to
see more silhouette patterns of the kind I earlier described; even if
they are not free.
I am in the process to
make your website a 'favorite' on my computer; I am not that smart yet
but I hope to accomplish that soon.

order. I, unfortunately, last January ordered the same product from a
