If you prefer to place your order by Mail rather than online, simply

and we will process your order by hand when we receive it.
Our Payment Options..
We do not accept checks or money orders of ANY
KIND. Please do not ask us to do so.
We accept Secure Online Payments with most major Credit Cards as
well as direct payments through PayPal. It
is important that your billing address matches your credit card, or your
order will not go through. The address where you receive your
credit card bills is the correct address. If you are
having difficulty making your order go through, this is almost always
the problem. You must also check the box to the right
to indicate what method of payment you choose. If you put in the
card number w/o checking the box it will not go through.
Your credit card will be charged when you make
your order. This is standard practice in most stores. Your Credit Card Bill will show a charge from "JuliesXstitch,
Inc".
Please note this so you are not confused when you review your statement.
Credit Card chargebacks will incur a $20 chargeback Fee.

Our Shipping
Options...
The shipping fee covers
the cost of the packaging, handling , shipping and shipping
confirmation (when applicable), rental of the postage meter and postage
supplies. We ship all of our products in appropriate
packaging to assure you receive them in good condition.
Some products may require additional shipping
charges like the EZ Frames, books, kits that need to
be shipped outside of the USA, and other heavy items.
You will be notified before your order ships that your order may incur
additional shipping costs.
We ship promptly.
Items in stock will generally ship within 4-5 business days.
Out of stock or back ordered items will ship as soon as possible. If
you choose priority mail that refers to the post office, not how quickly
we will get your order out. We
fill orders in the order they came in. Priority mail means once
the post office receives it they will get it to you sooner.
Generally it takes about 7 to 10 working days for us to order in items
such as Fabric and Patterns. Some Cross Stitch Kits,
Overseas Patterns, Hand-Dyed Fabrics and other Special Order items
may take several weeks to order in. If you are an incredibly
impatient person, cross stitch is probably not for you.
We will email you when
we begin processing your order to let you know how long we estimate it
will take to receive back ordered or out of stock items. If the delay
will be unacceptable to you, we will gladly remove those items from your
order and refund the charges. Please cancel orders within 3 days
of making the order.
You will be notified
by email when your package ships. Please be aware that
US 1st class
mail can take 8 to 12 days to reach you depending on your location
and International Mail can be longer.
It can take up to 8 weeks on occasion for products to make it to
international destinations. We don't know why it takes so
long some times. It is beyond our control and a post office issue. You may
check our website for your order status any time using your
account login. It is so important to purchase
shipping insurance. We are not liable if you do not purchase
insurance.
We use the US Postal
Service as our carrier. Our Flat Rate shipping goes by First Class. You may also
choose Priority Mail for faster delivery at a higher rate.
Rates are as follows:
Within the
United States and Canada:
Flat rate first class shipping in the
US is $5.50 Canada is $6.50. This covers approximately one
pound and 4 or 5 ounces. If the weight of your order exceeded that, you
will be contacted for further shipping costs. Priority mail
is also available at an additional charge. Priority mail means the
post office will get your package to you sooner, not that our shop will
ship your order out sooner.
Priority mail is available for an additional charge within the US,
Canada and internationally.
International Shipping:
Currently we offer Flat Rate International Shipping of $12.50.
This fee covers approximately one pound of materials. If the actual shipping cost exceeds
the $12.50 you will be contacted with the additional shipping charges.
International orders will be shipped USPS International First Class in
most cases. Expect at least two to three weeks for delivery, or
more in some cases. We do not have control over when products get
hung up in customs or for any other reason once it has left our store. We do not ship DMC floss in bulk.
We also don't ship Waste Canvas in bulk overseas due to the ridiculous
shipping cost.
Your country may charge you a CUSTOMS FEE. Each country is
different and we have no way of keeping track of what each and every country
charges. This fee is decided by YOUR country and we have
nothing to do with
it. It is your responsibility to research your custom fees.
Global
Priority Mail may be also selected during checkout and the shipping rate
will be based on total order weight. Expect about a week for
delivery, although it can still get hung up in customs. We do not
have any control over that when it happens.
We ask
that you keep your first
order UNDER $100 for orders outside of the US or Canada. You may
be asked for additional information to verify your credit card
information is legitimate. We wish to serve as many countries and
people as possible, but have to consider the possibility of fraud
in certain circumstances.
Customs
forms will be marked "Needlework Materials, fabric, floss,
patterns, etc." or similar. We will mark the custom form
"goods".
Do not ask us to mark your package as a gift.
We are a reputable store and do not do anything illegal.
If you
are placing an order from a country that the USPS cannot service through
regular Parcel Post or Global Priority mail prices, we will contact you
during your order processing to work out appropriate shipping options.
Insurance (Optional):
We encourage you to purchase insurance to protect yourself against loss
or damage
during shipment,
or the possibility that it will be stolen in transit (it has happened). We make every attempt to package your
products so they don't get damaged. Once it leaves our shop, we
have no control over what happens to it. If you choose to purchase
insurance we will replace your damaged items at our expense.
However, if you
do not
purchase insurance, we will not
replace items damaged or lost or stolen during shipment at our expense. Shipping
cost and insurance cost are NOT refundable. We cannot be held responsible for
manufacturer mistakes on patterns or in kits. You must
deal directly with the manufacturer. We are also not
responsible to replace products that you ruined in the process of
making mistakes on your design. Products must be resalable to be
returnable. If the tracking number shows that your order has
been delivered there are no refunds.
You cannot be reimbursed or file a claim for an order if YOU PUT
THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS in your order. Shipping and
insurance fees are NOT included in the refund of a lost or damaged
order.
We put tracking
numbers on all of our in country orders. Once the item has been
delivered to the post office, it is NO LONGER OUR RESPONSIBILITY what
happens to it. We have no control over where the post office
leaves it, if it is stolen off your porch, if your husband accepts it and
throws it in the trash, if your kids use it as a football, or if
your dog uses it as a chew toy. You are responsible for it once it
reaches your address. (can you tell that I get some really crazy
emails some times? ha)
Return
Policy...
Due to copyright
restrictions, we cannot accept returns of charts with an open seal.
We can only accept returns of beads and KITS THAT ARE UNOPENED (excludes
special order kits) unless
there is something missing from your kit. We
cannot accept fabric that has been used or any other products that
are used.
You may not return
floss or specialty threads. We ask that you don't return special
order items like Eva Rosenstand Kits, Heritage Stitchcraft kits, Maia
kits, Thea Gouverneur kits, Permin kits, Picture This Plus hand dyed
fabric, EZ Stitch Frames, etc. as these are very expensive
for us to order as a courtesy to our customers.
We are happy to accept returns of any of the other items you are not
happy with, within 30 days. Returns must be in the
condition in
which you received them. You must pay the shipping to return your
items and there is a 15% restocking fee. We are glad to exchange any items you are not happy with
(the additional shipping is the buyers responsibility). If you
refuse the order at the post office, you will be responsible for any
fees that we are charged to retrieve it. Shipping and shipping
insurance is non-refundable once the order has shipped. If the
order has not shipped before you cancel your order, you will be refunded
the full amount of the transaction.
