I am so excited. Just released today, a new cross stitch pattern from Lavender and Lace called Isabell’s Garden. It is a partner to Emma’s Garden. Both of the patterns were inspired by the designers (Marilyn Leavitt-Imblum) granddaughters. It is stitched on a hand dyed linen from Wichelt called Copper Penny.

The fabric used for Isabella's Garden is a Hand Dyed 32 count Linen, from Wichelt
Imports called Copper Penny. What a pretty color.

Mirabilia Pattern Issue
Posted by Julie at 12:27 pm in Cross Stitch Blog

My pattern supplier tells me that Mirabilia is updating their distribution process.  In the mean time, they have not been shipping patterns to any one for over a month now.  My suppliers are slowly, but surely running out of Mirabilia patterns, as I am.  I am sure stores are running out industry wide.  I find this a huge inconvenience as I am sure you do.  All we can do is wait and hope that they will get their act together soon.  Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Busy Week
Posted by Julie at 3:28 pm in Cross Stitch Blog

Wow, this has been a busy week at Julie’s X Stitch.  The pattern orders just keep rolling in.  Lots of people are going to be having fun cross stitching this winter.  I love to just get a cup of coffee, light the wood stove and just curl up in a comfortable spot and work on my newest project.
