Copy Right Infringement, Cross Stitch Patterns
Stealing. Every time you copy a pattern that you do not have permission to copy and sell it or redistribute it in any way, you are committing a crime. There is a lot of creativity, time, work, blood, sweat and tears that goes into making a beautiful pattern for you to stitch. Many peoples livelihoods depend on the needlework industry. You are taking food off their table, contributing to the down fall of the economy, and causing suffering for many so you can get a “free” pattern that you have no right to. If you are willing to steal from pattern designers, than when they go out of business, and the needlework suppliers go out of business, and you no longer have a variety of choices out there for your sewing needs, don’t complain that you “can’t find what you need for your project”. Please don’t contribute to the practice of copying and sharing patterns. It’s just like walking in the store and putting the pattern in your bag and heading for the door.
