AUTUMN IN WASHINGTON
The leaves are
starting to change to yellow and red and the air is cooling. It's
Autumn in Washington State. The rain has arrived and the kids are back in school. The Fall
weather puts me in the mood to make a hot cup of coffee, light the
woodstove, and curl up on the couch with my latest cross stitch project.

The Bride
I am almost finished with my latest project.
I have been working on
"The Bride" by Lavender and Lace". My next
project is going to be "The Enchanted Mermaid" by Mirabilia. I am
doing my project on a Belfast Linen fabric from Sugar Maple called
"Foxglove Faire". The Enchanted Mermaid uses several Mill
Hill beads and treasures, so I am sure it will be just beautiful when I
am finished.

Last year before Christmas I completed
Christmas Flourishes It is a great Christmas pattern by Mirabilia. I love
the purples and blues used in this pattern.

Fabrics
Sugar Maple has some very unique hand dyed fabrics
that would be great to use for this years Christmas projects. Each
