DMC Pearl Cotton floss is a highly mercerized, non-divisible, lustrous 100% cotton thread on a twisted skein. The twist of the thread give it the appearance of a bead of pearls, thus the name. Pearl cotton floss is soft and silky, but does not fluff or sliver when you use it. It is 100% colorfast. DMC Pearl Cotton size 5 (Art. 115/5) comes in 27 yard skeins in 292 solid and 20 variegated colors. Made in France. Size 5 floss is frequently used for Hardanger embroidery. Size 5 skeins take 2-3 weeks to ship.
